Our Approach

Our Chaplaincy Ministry is a place where everyone encounters the love of Christ in a meaningful, tangible, and accessible way.

Our chaplaincy provision will be modelled and inspired by the servant leadership of Christ and seeking to engage, empower and enthuse the society.

Our provision will have a subsidiary function, a principle rooted in Biblical Social Teaching, performing only those tasks which cannot be performed effectively at a more immediate or local level and providing support where the facility or capacity does not yet exist.

As a professional organization, our focus is; being example for the believers in our speech, conduct, love, faith, and purity, are keys to delivering the quality of support and level of provision we want for our society.

Professional chaplains need clear direction, training, and formation alongside a renewed focus on professionalism to ensure their ability to impact the society.

Each community, with their unique charism and culture, is best placed to meet the needs of their community and will be supported by the central offer to meet those needs in the most effective way.

We are driven by the fundamental principle of social philosophy, fixed and unchangeable, that one should not withdraw from individuals and commit to the community what they can accomplish by their own enterprise and industry.

Significantly, in professionalism, progression and parity, the scriptures say “Do not let anyone look down on you because you are young but be an example for the believers in your speech, your conduct, your love, faith, and purity. -1 Timothy 4.

Godman Kingdom Chaplaincy Ministry shall involve Practical, enabling interventions and remove barriers  in the society. Help carry one another’s burdens, and in this way, obey the law of Christ. – Galatians 6:2.

Supporting our Chaplaincy Ministry and enriching the Apostolic mission experience, needs to happen on an immediate and practical level.

The vulnerable people in our various communities need to be centrally supported with resources to ensure consistency and equality across board. In dialogue with our society, we must understand where we can remove practical barriers to the spiritual experiences in life and mission in our communities and we shall prudently and deliberately make positive interventions.

We are all members of the body of Christ.

We must actively engage with those around us, especially our linked society to fully enjoy the richness and diversity of our communities.

We must be in constant dialogue, grounded in our professional approach to fully understand the needs of others and to be able to share the very best of who and what we are.

We must think too of our world, we must ask ‘who is our neighbour?’ and we must seek to be good stewards of creation.

Godman Kingdom Chaplaincy Ministry shall have positive relationships with the vulnerable people in the local and global communities. Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing. – 1 Thessalonians 5:11

Godman Kingdom Chaplaincy Ministry is a Christian-based relief and development organization. We bridge the gap between the secular world and the Body of Christ by bringing practical hope, healing, and emotional support to people in moments of trauma, crisis, and vulnerability.
