A Spirit-led training program for chaplains committed to care, service, and transformational ministry.

Become a Certified Chaplain with Purpose

Our Chaplaincy Training is a spiritually grounded, professionally guided program designed to equip individuals with the knowledge, skills, and practical tools to serve as certified chaplains across various institutions — hospitals, schools, prisons, NGOs, corporate environments, and communities. It is a call to minister to the broken, the overlooked, and the spiritually hungry — with wisdom, compassion, and discipline.

What Is the Chaplaincy Training Program?

What we do

We are Christian ministry chaplains ministering in secular spaces to bridge the gap between the secular world and the body of Christ.

We provide the means to bring the love and hope of our Lord Jesus Christ beyond the walls of a church building and into the real moments of people’s lives.
We represent a safe place as we seek to bring the love of Jesus through tangible acts of real care and help during periods of trauma.

Hybrid Learning

Godman Kingdom Chaplains come from a range of mainstream faiths and usually have either a degree or professional qualification, as well as experience of leading in their own faith community.

You will also need experience of pastoral and spiritual care. This training is taught online in live classes and with asynchronous resources, which means instructor-led in real time for both attendees and remote learners. Asynchronous learning includes pre-recorded videos, virtual classrooms, and online instruction to complement face-to-face instruction.

Online & In Person Classes

Classes are held in-person and online. In-person classes are conducted with students and give you direct access to live instructors, small group activities, and practices and community with other like-minded Christians.

If you cannot attend an in-person class, an online version is also available. The online class includes the same content but gives you the freedom to work through the material on your own time. Once you sign up for an online class, you are be given access to the materials.

  • The training must be completed within time schedule. Online classes include one required four-hour live webinar and also offer the opportunity to join live Q&A sessions every week to interact directly with an instructor.
  • Once you complete a class, whether in-person or online, you will receive a certificate of completion. You will leave this world-class training with greater confidence in your ability to recognize, understand, and respond to areas of need around you.
  • The training also includes critical skillsets for a chaplain such as confidentiality, listening, resources and allies, crisis intervention, and critical incident stress management, and more.
  • You will learn about the great areas of need chaplains meet including grief and loss, trauma, depression, substance abuse, suicide, disaster response, death, human trafficking, and domestic violence.
